Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you create an account or use AionCRM, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, billing details, and any data you enter into the platform. We also automatically collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature interactions to improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improveAionCRM; process transactions and send related notices; communicate with you about products, services, and support; monitor usage patterns to enhance performance and security; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Security
AionCRM is SOC 2 Type II certified. We employ end-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access controls are enforced through role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics), all of whom are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Our public marketing pages use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure the performance of our advertising. These are not used inside the AionCRM application itself.
- Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure your session. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) tell us which pages and campaigns bring visitors to us, in aggregate.
- Advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta) let us measure which ads lead to a signup or demo request, so we do not keep paying for ads that do not work.
- Campaign parameters such as
utm_sourceand Google'sgclidare stored in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days, so that a demo request can be credited to the campaign that introduced you.
You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies. Declining stops Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta from storing or reading identifiers on your device. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, those advertising and analytics services are set to store nothing until you actively accept. The campaign parameters described above are recorded in our own first-party cookie when you arrive from a link that carries them, so that we can attribute an enquiry to the campaign that produced it; that cookie is never shared with an advertising network unless you accept. You can also opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com. Declining these cookies does not affect your access to any part of the site.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as audit compliance.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@aiondata.io.
8. International Transfers
AionCRM operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect data transferred internationally.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of AionCRM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
